The implementation of digital health in the Peruvian healthcare system represents a major challenge. Being part of CRONICAS constitutes an opportunity to participate in the generation of evidence with an impact on public health and to contribute to the development of innovative solutions within a team that fosters collaboration across different scientific fields and values the contribution of each of its members.
